Mexican-Style Hot Chocolate Recipe
Perfect for a snowy day our hot chocolate has a Mexican kick!
Mexican-Style Hot Chocolate
2 cup confectioner’s sugar (powdered sugar)
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons PC Black Label Cinnamon Spice
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- In a medium sized bowl, sift together the sugar and cocoa powder.
- Stir in the cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Place in a jar to store in your cupboard.
- To use as hot chocolate add 3 tablespoons of Mexican Hot Chocolate Mix to every 1 cup of hot milk.
