Mexican-Style Hot Chocolate

2 cup confectioner’s sugar (powdered sugar)

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 teaspoons PC Black Label Cinnamon Spice

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  1. In a medium sized bowl, sift together the sugar and cocoa powder.
  2. Stir in the cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. Place in a jar to store in your cupboard.
  4. To use as hot chocolate add 3 tablespoons of Mexican Hot Chocolate Mix to every 1 cup of hot milk.
