Gruyere Herbes de Provence Mini Quiche Recipe

Makes 12 mini quiche

½ cup gruyere cheese, shredded

12 mini prebaked unsweetened tart shells

4 tablespoons PC Black Label Herbes de Provence Spice Blend

4 PC Blue Menu Omega-3 White Eggs plus 2 two egg yolks

2 cups milk

2 cups cream 35%

Pinch of Nutmeg

Salt, pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Place shredded cheese in the bottom of each prebaked tart shell.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix eggs with cream, milk, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour into shells
  5. Bake 10-15 minutes until sets
