Chocolate Pear Sauce

Chocolate Pear Rum Sauce

1 cup cocoa
2 cup syrup reserved from Vanilla Bean Poached Pears
2 tablespoons rum
½ cup PC Country Churned Butter–Unsalted

1. In a pot place cocoa powder and pear syrup.
2. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
3. Remove from the heat. Then add rum and butter.
4. Whish to combine and serve warm.
