Caramelized Apple Crepes

This recipe is best in the fall when fresh apples are in season. Be sure to use our basic crepe recipes for best results.

Caramelized Apple Crepes

8 Granny Smith or Cortland apples peeled
4 tablespoons PC Country Churned Butter Unsalted
3 tablespoons brown sugar

    1. Make one batch of crepes using our Basic Crepe Batter Recipe.
    2. Peel apples and cut into wedges.
    3. Saute in butter.
    4. Cook apples until golden brown.
    5. Sprinkle on brown sugar and caramelize the apples.
    6. Fold apple mixture into crepe and serve.
    7. Serve with Maple Sauce
