The Basics of Summer Pie Making: Hands On! Friday, August 16, 6-9 pm

You will learn the basics of summer pie making with Pastry Chef Samantha from Strathmere. First, we begin by making up the perfect fluffy, flakey crust. After allowing it to rest, it’s time to practice rolling pin skills. Then, learn how to craft two-crust pies, fluted edges, open face crumble pie and lattice work. Make apple, cherries and peach pies to trade and share. $50  Only 14 students may participate in this class
