3 HOUR HANDS ON CLASSES:

All classes include a meet and greet with appetizers, snacks and sparkling water.
Minimum 10 people. $68 per person.
A non-refundable deposit of $204 plus tax is due to hold the space and then deducted from the final payment due 48 hours before the class. Sorry, no refunds for no-shows!

The Spanish Tapas Party

We challenged Chef Rene Rodriguez to come up his top 12 all-time favourite Spanish tapas. And here they are! In this class, the chef teaches your team how to make a selection of the following items, which you can choose from, depending on the size of your group (10 person minimum)

Cider cooked chorizo with tarragon
Spanish Potato Tortilla
Patatas Bravas with Malt Aioli
Garlic Artichokes with Lemon
Catalan Bread with Jamon
Deviled Spanish Eggs
Chimichurri Mushroom

KINIFE SKILLS: THE COMFORTS OF HOME

This is a class based on pure comfort foods. Learn the chopping skills you need to speed up your prep time in the kitchen. Take home recipes you will enjoy making time and time again.

Start with our quick and easy Puff Pastry Pot Pies. Choose either: Chicken, Vegetarian or Beef

Next up, one of our warming soup : Zucchini; Wild Mushroom OR Minestrone.

And a comforting dessert. Choose one:

Apple Cinnamon Crumble; Pear and Cranberry Crumble or Chocolate Pudding Cake

RAVING RAVIOLI: HANDS ON!

Start with a glass of sparkling water and some snacks from the antipasti platter. Then, one of our professional chefs takes you through all the steps of making hand-made pasta. Start by making fresh pasta dough, which you will make into ravioli sheets. Then,  hand-cut and stuffed ravioli with various fillings and top with homemade sauce.
