Put on your aprons and let our chef guide you through tonight’s class. Learn all the various cutting skills to slice and dice your way to the perfect Pasta Primavera. Then watch our chef debone a whole chicken. Later you will stuff it with perfectly julienned vegetables. And for dessert? Spring Rhubarb Strawberry Crumble with Ice Cream. Everyone loves Asian food! Today, you’ll make: Chow Mein Noodles with Broccoli, Peppers, Carrot and Bean Sprouts, in a Spicy Garlic Sauce, Topped with Cashews; Four Mushroom Fried Rice; Pork Satay Skewers Marinated in Soy with Peanut Dipping Sauce. The Basics of Summer Pie Making
Your team will learn the basics of summer pie making. First, we begin by making up the perfect fluffy, flakey crust. After allowing it to rest, it’s time to practice rolling pin skills. Then, learn how to craft two-crust pies, fluted edges, open face crumble pie and lattice work. A variety of market fruit will be available to make fillings depending on month and in-store selection. There will be at least three kinds so groups can share and trade pies.
Note: This class includes a light lunch or dinner of salads, cheese, bread and sparkling drinks.

RAVING RAVIOLI: HANDS ON!
Start with a glass of sparkling water and some snacks from the antipasti platter. Then, our chef takes you through all the steps of making hand-made pasta. Start by making fresh pasta dough, which you will make into ravioli sheets. Then, hand-cut and stuffed ravioli with various fillings and top with homemade sauce.
