Corporate Team Building Cooking Classes


All classes include a meet and greet with appetizers, snacks and sparkling water.
Minimum 10 people. $85 per person for the first 10. $68 per person for each additional person.
A non-refundable deposit of $425 plus tax is due to hold the space and then deducted from the final payment due 48 hours before the class. Sorry, no refunds for no-shows!

We challenged Chef Rene Rodriguez to come up his top 12 all-time favourite Spanish tapas. And here they are! In this class, the chef teaches your team how to make a selection of the following items, which you can choose from, depending on the size of your group (12 person minimum)

Learn the basics of these winter warm up meals with one of our professional chefs. You’ll start with creating a Homemade Chicken Broth and Classic Vegetable Stock. Then, you’ll pull these dishes together: Chicken Stew with Root Vegetable and Cornbread Dumplings; Mexican-Style Black Bean Soup and finally French Farmer’s Market Soup with Handmade Croutons and Gruyere Cheese.

This class is pure comfort food. Forge through the Canadian winter with these classic dishes. The chef will take you through the craft of making Handmade Potato Gnocchi with Tomato and Gorgonzola Sauce; Spaghetti with Garlic and Parsley and finally Hand Rolled and Baked Cannelloni with Ricotta and Marinara Sauce.

Vegetarian (Or Vegan) Cooking


Start with a glass of sparkling water and some snacks from the antipasti platter. Then, one of our professional chefs takes you through all the steps of making hand-made pasta.
