3 HOUR HANDS ON CLASSES:

All classes include a meet and greet with appetizers, snacks and sparkling water.
Minimum 12 people. $85 per person.

RAVING RAVIOLI: HANDS ON!

Start with a glass of sparkling water and some snacks from the antipasti platter. Then, one of our professional chefs takes you through all the steps of making hand-made pasta. Start by making fresh pasta dough, which you will make into ravioli sheets. Then,  hand-cut and stuffed ravioli with various fillings and top with homemade sauce. So, maybe your group would just prefer to sit back, relax and let the chef do the cooking. We describe these two hour observation classes as “like watching the FoodNetwork, but you actually get to eat!”

We saw Ottawa’s own Chef Rene Rodriguez win Top Chef Canada. We watched him Beat Bobby Flay on the cooking show of the same name. In tonight’s class Chef Rene makes some of his favourite Spanish tapas. Enjoy the classic Patatos Brava; Chimichurri Mushrooms; Garlic Prawns with Chives Migonettes and Catalon Bread with Jamon. Take home the recipes and create your own party!

Christmas in Mexico

Celebrate Christmas just like the people of Mexico, with Top Chef Canada Winner Chef Rene Rodriguez. TWO HOUR PRIVATE BAKING PRESENTATIONS

If your group has more of a sweet tooth than these classes are for you. We have some of the very best pastry chefs in the city teaching classes for us!

Classes are priced at $55 per person for a minimum of 12 people.  A non-refundable deposit of $275 is required for these classes which will be deducted from the final payment. Full payment is due 48 hours before the class. Sorry! No refund for No-shows.

LA DOLCE VITA: THE SWEET LIFE

Joe Calabro from Little Italy’s PGI is already thinking Christmas. Tonight, he makes classic Italian favourites such as biscotti in two flavours: pistachio cranberry and espresso white chocolate cream and dark chocolate Nutella, along with Italian fruit cake and the most delicious holiday treat fig marmalade turnovers with nuts and wine.
